This website provides general company, product-identification and procurement information for professional healthcare buyers. It is not medical advice, a clinical recommendation, a live inventory system or a binding offer.
Product information
We aim to keep content useful, but product generations, specifications, packaging, indications and regulatory status can change. The current manufacturer label, instructions for use and accepted quotation take precedence over website content.
Trademarks and images
Manufacturer names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and does not by itself indicate endorsement, ownership or authorised-distributor status.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is subject to its stated validity, availability, payment terms, lead time, Incoterms and other conditions. An order is accepted only when confirmed in writing by AJA International. Alternatives or successor products require buyer approval.
Import and regulatory requirements
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for destination-country product registration, import permits, customs clearance and confirmation that the device may be purchased and used in that market.
Returns
Returns require prior written authorisation. Sterile, temperature-sensitive, implantable, opened, damaged, expired, custom-sourced or specially ordered products may be non-returnable. The accepted quotation or sales agreement governs the final return conditions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AJA International is not liable for decisions made solely from website content, unauthorised clinical use, buyer import failures, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Website use
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, submit malicious content, misuse forms, scrape personal data or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Governing terms
Specific quotations and contracts may contain additional governing-law and dispute terms. Where they conflict with these website terms, the accepted transaction documents apply.
