Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about product sourcing, quotations, documentation, shelf life and international delivery.

Medical equipment and product portfolio

Do you manufacture the products shown on the website?

No. AJA International is an independent medical trading and sourcing company. Manufacturer names and trademarks are used for product identification and remain the property of their owners.

Are you an authorised distributor for every listed brand?

No such blanket claim is made. Commercial channels and authorised status can vary by product and territory. Ask us about the exact brand, reference and destination if authorised-channel documentation is a mandatory procurement requirement.

What details are needed for a quotation?

Please send the manufacturer, product name, catalogue or reference number, size, configuration, quantity, destination and minimum acceptable shelf life. Also list any documents your organisation or local authority requires.

Can you source an item that is not in the online catalogue?

Yes. The website shows representative products, not the full range we may be able to review. Send the exact reference and we will check whether sourcing is possible.

How do you confirm expiry and batch information?

Expiry, batch or lot information is reviewed at order level when it is available from the supply channel. Minimum shelf life should be agreed in writing before order confirmation.

Do you provide certificates and regulatory documents?

Document availability depends on the product, source, manufacturer and destination. State your requirements before quotation so the team can confirm what can be supplied.

Do you ship internationally?

We coordinate international orders subject to product restrictions, destination rules, carrier acceptance and agreed commercial terms. The buyer remains responsible for import permits and local registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Can products be returned?

Medical products are often subject to strict return limitations because of sterility, storage and traceability requirements. Return eligibility must be agreed in advance and is governed by the final quotation and terms of sale.

Is the website medical advice?

No. It is intended for professional procurement and product-identification purposes. Clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals using current manufacturer instructions and local regulations.
