Ethicon requests frequently involve a reusable or powered platform and its compatible single-use devices. We therefore ask for the exact instrument, reload, cartridge, shaft length and pack reference instead of quoting from colour or procedure name alone.
For sutures and wound-closure products, include material, size, needle code, strand length and package quantity. Small differences in a reference can represent a different needle or presentation.
