Intended Use: ASAHI PTCA Guide Wires are designed to help put in balloon dilation catheters for heart procedures. These wires should not be used in the blood vessels of the brain.

Warning: This guide wire has been sterilized with ethylene oxide gas (EOG) and is meant to be used only once. Do not try to use it again or sterilize it for a second time. Reusing or resterilizing the guide wire can affect its performance and quality, and there’s a risk of complications, including infection.
Only a doctor who has received complete training in PTA treatment should use this guidewire.
Don’t use the guide wire in the brain’s blood vessels.
Don’t link this guide wire to extension wires made by other manufacturers, except ASAHI INTECC. Doing so may harm the guide wire or cause the extension wire to come off. Refer to the ASAHI Extension instructions for use.
Precautions: Before using the guide wire, make sure to read the instructions carefully. Pay attention to the Indications for Use, Warnings, Precautions, How to Use, Malfunction, and Adverse Effects sections in the Instructions for Use.
